 What is the Session?

The Session of First Presyterian Church of Glen Cove consists of the pastor and the elders in active service. All members of the session are entitled to vote.  The session is responsible for the mission and government the church.

The Board of Deacons consists of members of the church nominated and elected by the members. Deacons serve in ministries of sympathy, witness, and service, following the example of Christ.
